Joshua has spent 20 years as a visual storyteller on more than 120 projects. As CCO and Co-Founder of The Third Floor, he has closely collaborated with directors such as Steven Spielberg, Marc Forster, & Dan Trachtenberg, visualizing a variety of blockbuster films including: War Horse (2011), Ready Player One (2018), and Prey (2022). Joshua has guided TTF through its adoption of game engine workflows that improve visual fidelity while maintaining rapid story iteration as top priority.

Joshua studied animation in Florida before taking his first job to work on Star Wars at Skywalker Ranch, where he met the other Third Floor founders.

Joshua made his directorial debut with Spielberg’s VR animated adventure Raising a Rukus, and followed up with Third Floor’s animated piece Skytribe.
